Rainbows

This is the card I made for the Addicted to CAS Challenge.

Here's what went through my head when I read the challenge:

Rainbows... after the rain...wet...watercolors

 

I wasn't sure how to  keep the watercolors going in the direction I wanted, so I cut a mask ( I just cut a circle and then cut random points all the way around)

 

And since I keep forgetting to buy a set of watercolor paints,

I used Stampin up markers and a water brush.

To do this just scribble a patch of color on an acrylic block and then pick it up on the water brush,squeezing as much or as littlle water as you want.

Here's what I used:

 

To finish  I stamped a tree from the Stampin Up "Lovley as a Tree " set

and added a happy birthday greeting from Stampin Up's "Teeny Tiny wishes " set.

I figure you can't have too many birthday cards!
