A Froggy Hello

Happy Saturday!
While waiting for the kids to help me move some furniture,
I made this card to play along with the Splitcoaststampers
Saturday Inspirational Challenge
You can check out my splitcoast gallery post HERE.

A stamp from Inspiration Obsession called Zenspirations, reminds me of the
wonderful zentangles that my daughter Jennifer draws.
I chose to use the flower design for a card to play along with the Monday challenge
on  the Simon Says Stamp Blog.
I used it as a background, stamping it with Memento - bamboo leaves.
The single flower was stamped with Versamark and then heat embossed with white embossing powder.  I added the color with copics and then fussy cut the image which I
then popped up on the center panel.
Thanks for stopping by.

Paper Smooches

Here's the photo inspiration from this week's paper smooches sparks challenge:
You can check out their challenge HERE
Here's the card I created:
and the inside:
I used paper smooches  geo-graphic stamp for the dots and stamped it with
Stampin' up Bermuda Bay ink, then before I stamped it
I randomly  added a little Versafine smokey grey ink.
The cute zebra is from the paper smooches stamp called zoo crew.
Belated birthday wishes is from their stamp set called Birthday Sampler.
The conversation bubble is from My Favorite Things- Say What Die & Stamp Set.
The inside greeting is from laugh out loud stamps by Hampton Arts.
Thanks for looking.

Sophia's Birthday

Here is this week's colors on the color throwdown blog
Check out their blog HERE.
These colors are not my usual go to colors, but that's
what makes doing the challenges so much fun!
I needed a card for my granddaughters birthday this Sunday
so this is what I came up with:
This is a Mo Manning digital print. When I first saw it I thought of Sophie.
I colored her with copic markers and the sentiment is a paper smooches stamp.
Here's what I did on the inside:
....another reason I like digi stamps...I made her quite a bit smaller for the inside.
Thanks for stopping by today.
