Happy Monday!

This is today's sketch at From the Heart Stamps.
Sketch 130
Here's what I made using just the sketch:
I used the  Snowman Medley digi stamp that you can find Here.
This stamp has a trio of sweet snowman. For this card I just
used the one image and made it the size I needed...that's why I love digi stamps!

Thanks for stopping by today.

The Christmas season is upon us,
which is why I was so excited to see that Sarah G. selected
the code word JOY for Challenge # 78 at Addicted To CAS.
You can check out the design team cards and join in the challenge HERE.
I fell in love with this Joy Stamp & Cut set from Hero Arts when I first saw it, however
every place I tried to order it said it was out of frustrating.
While I was still moaning and groaning about not being able to get it,
my darling daughter Jennifer found it at and had it sent to me as
a early Christmas gift.  YEA!
Since this is a pretty simple design, I wanted to add some interest by adding dimension,
so I cut the word out of a foam sheet and one out of white sparkle paper.
maybe this will show better what I mean:
That's a lot easier than cutting four or five layers.
The little green holly leaves were cut the same way
using an Impression Obsession die (DIE023-X).
Then I colored the edges of the white foam with a green marker.
Thanks for stopping by.

brown cardstock
gold sticky back glitter paper
wreath die from impression obsession (DIE023-X)
star dies from Simon Says Stamp ( Holiday Shapes # S131)
star die from My Favorite Things (Die-Namics stacking stars)

Here is my project, using Flower Chick.

I did a CAS one layer card colored with Copic markers .
The Happy Birthday was stamped using an impression obsession stamp (B5513).

This month we have an extra Challenge:
You too can create a Birthday Card

One random selected winner will win a $10 voucher to the store .
Yea! one more way to win!

Christmas Stockings

Today I'd like to share with you a card I made
to play along with Splitcoaststampers.
The challenge was to "put a sock in it",
and since I used such a cute stamp from The Cat's pajamas
I think I'll also enter it in the TCP Winter BlogHop
for a chance to win a $50 gift voucher.

Like I said, the stamp is from The Cat's Pajamas.
I used word on the computer and wrote ...and the stockings were hung..
The coloring was done with Copic markers.

Thanks for stopping by.
