These past two weeks have flown by.
It's time already for a new code word
from Addicted To Clean and Simple.
Our hostess is the super talented Bobby and she chose the word Graduation.

Here's my card:

It's a little hard to see, but the black paper has
glittery flourishes that are really pretty IRL.

Here's a closer look:

I used a hat stamp from Lawn Fawn- Hats Off  To You.
The Congratulations is a stamp from
My Favorite Things- The a'la modes in "Grad Girl"
pretty paper from my stash and a little gold glitter and I was done.

For the inside I used some metallic printed paper
from Pinkpaislee called Luxe collection
and this stamp from Art Impressions:

So glad you could stop by today!

Tickled Pink

Hi !

If you're looking for my Less is More card....scroll down.

First, it's time
 for a new code word
from Addicted To Clean and Simple.
Our hostess is the lovely Ellenor and she chose the word PINK.

This is what the word pink inspired me to make:

I love that happy pig!
He's a stamp from Rubbernecker.
Enamel dots from Doodlebug
Colored with copic markers
The sentiment is from My Favorite Things. The part " that it's your Birthday"
on the stamp was too big for the space I had so I put tape over that part,
inked the stamp and remembered to pull the tape off  (ha ha)
then used the computer to add that back with  a smaller size.
I used a light box to get the spacing right.

Today is also time for a new challenge from Less is More.

Here's what I came up with :
Here's what I used:
Color wise, I was inspired by the bag of bling that was on my desk.
I used a cute little fish stamp from Rubbernecker and the greeting
was a free stamp (with an order) from Lawn Fawn.
Did a lot of masking, and the only embellishment I used was
Glossy Accents on the eyes and the bubbles (which I hope count as Spots!).

Happy Mail

Today I'm playing along with
this week's CAS(E) this sketch.

Here's what I came up with:
Here's the sketch:
I used a lot of different stamps.
The cute little bear (whose name is Harry, by the way!) is from Stampingbella,
so are the words happy mail.
The small "sending"I found on a Hero Arts stamp called Joy Stamp & Cut.
The little bit larger envelope is from Simon Says Stamp-Sending happy thoughts stamp set.
The smallest envelope and the tiniest heart is from Technique Tuesday-random act of kindness set.
The larger heart is from Paper Smooches- spring fling.

As always, I colored with Copic Markers.
That reminds me of a little tip I'd like to share, yesterday I was refilling my R29 (lipstick red)
marker and dripped red all over the sides of the marker....just call me sloppy!....
and of course all over my hands.
Anyhow, it wouldn't wash off the outside of the marker and it looked terrible.
But I tried using Mr Clean's Magic Eraser and it worked like a charm! YEA!
Thanks for stopping by,

FTHS May Blog Hop

Welcome to our From the Heart Stamps blog hop.
We have a “CASE it” theme this month.
Each team member will be showcasing a card CASE-D (copy and share everything)
from another teammate.
As you hop along, please leave a comment on each blog.
One random commenter will be selected on each blog
to win an image of choice from the FTHS store.

We are also having a link up contest with this hop. We invite you to pick one of the FTHS DT members and “CASE” on of their cards and add it to linky collection, by Sunday May 7th.
Everyone who enters will be entered into a random drawing.
One lucky winner will win three images of choice from the store!

If you have arrived from Cammy's Blog , you are in the right place, if not why don’t you start on the  From The Heart Stamps Blog , so you don’t miss anything.

Here is my project,

I CASE-D this card made by Imke:

I liked Imke's use of color blocking.
I used a different color pallet and turned her design to make a vertical card.
I used a rectangle instead of a circle for the focal point and
colored with Copic markers and added a die cut "cheers" from PapertreyInk.
I used the FTHS Birthday Brew which you can find HERE.

Now head over to  Imke's blog and see what she has created.

Thanks for hopping with us today.
The hop will end on Sunday May 7th at 6 am EST.
Winners will be posted on the From the Heart Stamps Blog on Wednesday May 9th.

'till next time,
