White

Hi!
Imke is our hostess at Little Red Wagon this week
and she's challenging us to use white (or any other color)
and most of the card should be empty.
So, here's what I came up with:

I used:
Memory Box - Isabella Butterfly die
Avery Elle - stitched square dies
Lawn Fawn - sentiment
scrap of smooshed distress inks on glossy paper

Thanks for stopping by.
'til next time,

try again

Hi!
It's time for Challenge #545 over at Little Red Wagon.
Brenda chose "Mother's Day".....but I love the way she chose to tell us.
( imagine Freddy Mercury...Mamaaaaa )
...so this is for Brenda:

Here's the card I made for Mother's Day:

The sentiment is from Stampin' up - Tinny Tiny Wishes
The flowers are from My Favorite Things - Stitched Flowers Die-namics

Thanks for stopping by.
'til next time,

mix 'em up!

Hi!
JanR is our hostess at Little Red Wagon this week
and she's challenging us to mix 'em up!.....
that means we should use more than one company or designer.

I used the STAMPtember  Healing Hugs from Simon Says Stamp.
There is a matching die cut for the outside edge, so I used that in addition
to changing it up by fussy cutting the inside edge, adhering it to some pretty
designer paper and popping it up over some light green cardstock.
On the green background I stamped the sentiment which I
found on a stamp set from Hello Bluebird called
Spring Banner Script.
I think these elements from two different companies work well together.

I hope you have fun this week mixing 'em up!
Thanks for stopping by.
'til next time,
Doni

Blue

Happy Wednesday, everybody!
The challenge this week is Blue!"
Anything goes as long as it has some blue.
The sentiment and the card base look black in the photo,
but they're actually Navy Blue.
Here's what I used:

The stencil (source unknown) for some reason had eyeballs in the center???
I didn't want them so I just taped over them.
The sentiment is from Simon Says Stamp.

If you want more inspiration be sure to check out what the Girlfriends have made.  Then head on back here and link up your project.

Can't wait to see what you create!
